Piedmont atm was organized in 1997 out of a need for personalized atm installation. A large “ISO” sales company based in Atlanta, Georgia was using third party contracts in the north carolina area for installations and recurring maintenance. This resulted in overcharges to the company, erratic service response time and an overall loss of credibility and customer confidence in their ability to provide reliable service and maintenance. Piedmont Atm began second line maintenance for these clients and, as our services expanded, were eventually able to establish processing agreements with customers to the extent that we now provide personal first and second line maintenance for accounts in north carolina, south carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia. Due to our long-term relationship with our processor, Piedmont Atm is also able to network with other like-minded, service oriented companies in the united states to provide the same level of personal service that we offer to our east coast clients.
